BUYER QUESTIONS

Before we start
your project.

Prepare the details that make product discussions and quotations more useful.

Read the buyer checklist →
What should I send for a quotation?

Share the umbrella type, dimensions, fabric and construction preferences, branding artwork, estimated quantity, packaging needs and delivery destination. If some details are undecided, include a product reference and the intended use.

How do OEM and ODM projects differ?

OEM starts from a customer-supplied design or specification. ODM starts from a product concept or requirement that needs development. The scope and final specification are agreed for each project.

Can I review a sample before placing an order?

Discuss the sample specification, any development work, sample costs and delivery arrangements with the project team. Agree on how changes and final approval will be recorded before bulk production.

How are colour and printing requirements confirmed?

Provide artwork files and a colour reference. Review placement, print method and the result on the selected fabric. A physical sample is the reference for approval; screen colours are illustrative.

What are the minimum quantity and lead time?

Quantity requirements and schedules depend on the model, materials, branding, packaging and production arrangements. Request confirmation for your specific specification rather than assuming one figure applies to every product.

Can we arrange a factory visit?

Use the project enquiry form to request a visit and suggest your preferred timing. Ask the team to confirm the location, appointment and visit arrangements before travelling.
